Note: Utilities and runes are optional, Conjure Earth Shield is still a very good utility and Arcane Wave is a big brain choice for a ranged combo finisher. For runes, Dwayna/ Water are good overall choice if you have no need for three node plays. I run the Rune of Speed since rotation plays a major part in support's role, and I value the movement speed more in solo rank enviroment. Note that Staff does make the build less reliant on MS for it's built in mobility and range.
