Sometimes a simple idea starts to unfold itself into something far more than expected. When I started getting the first layer into the looper I didn´t knew which direction to head into. I played the first two notes of the second layer and knew that could be something special. It was pretty late yesterday when I did the recording and even when I felt happy with how it turned out, I questioned myself if I would feel the same way today morning. It was such a relief still liking the song. I´ve got myself a coffee and started programing the drum track. The further I went through to song, the more it started to get a life of its own. The vibe is something else in this one and I can´t help myself thinking about a melancholic morning at a tropical beach. I wasn´t sure to put the video out or re-record the whole song the classic way without the looper, but since I don´t know if I´ll be able to nail the vibe again, I thought let it at least be the first unfiltered version of this song the share.
