Blue Verditer Pigment Synthesis | The Melancholy of Venus

This episode is a long one but I think it's fitting as this pigment takes a fair amount of time and patience to produce. Today I will be sharing my experiences in making Blue Verditer, which is a Synthetic Copper Carbonate and is the synthetic version of the naturally occurring Azurite. This has been a very rewarding pigment to make as I have been working at trying to make this for a long time now and to finally successfully make it is such a joy.
