The back story on this site, the site conditions and challenges. This was a challenging site for our excavation contractor, and they did a great job of making sure we could move forward. The prep and logistics that go into orchestrating a site like this are easily triple the work of a flat site. The time it takes to manage water on a sloped site like this takes time and resources. The site hydrology on this project is probably our most challenging yet. Site prep always takes longer than you would like, but worth it in the end. It make the start of the footing so much smoother.
