Because of all the hype around Ivy League schools, I had very high expectations going into Yale. It didn’t help that before visiting the school, I heard nothing but good things and not many of the cons of studying at Yale. However, my freshman year ended up being a bit different from how I expected it to go… So is Yale worth the hype? Here’s what Yale was really like for me that first year, and how I turned things around.
