By 6 months post-initiation, apalutamide demonstrated a higher percentage of patients achieving the PSA90 (reduction of PSA levels by 90%) response compared to enzalutamide. The median time to PSA90 response is notably shorter for apalutamide, emphasizing its potential for generating a deep and early treatment response.
