I was asked to be an ambassador for the Men's 10k in Edinburgh today. This is the raw footage. I'll post a shorter edited version if you can't be bothered watching the entire video. The course was nice. It started off next to Edinburgh Castle, through the Old Town, and finished, at BT Murrayfield Stadium. I was slightly disappointed with my time. I was aiming to beat the Glasgow Men's 10k time of 59:51, but the hills at 5 & 6 km really slowed me down & I got detoured at the 7km mark to avoid traffic. If I was paying attention, I could have sprinted a few seconds earlier. Oh well. At least I managed to finish in under an hour, just!
