When there are differences between male and female narcissists, they are cultural or societal, not psychological. Plus: there is no spectrum of NPD. It's like pregnancy: rither you have NPD or you don't. But there is a range of narcissistic traits and behaviors, from narcissistic style to narcissistic disorder. The ICD-11 does distinguish between mild, moderate, and severe levels of a clinically diagnosable personality disorder.
