Ingredients: - • 500g minced meat (قیمہ) • 2 medium-sized chopped onions (پیاز) • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste (ادرک لہسن پیسٹ) • 2 tomatoes paste (ٹماٹر پیسٹ) • ½ cup yoghurt (دہی) • 1 tbsp green chili paste (ہری مرچ پیسٹ) • Half bunch coriander (دھنیا) • 2 lemons juice (لیموں کا رس) • 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (میتھی) • ½ tsp salt (نمک) • ½ tsp red pepper powder (لال مرچ پاوڈر) • ½ tsp paprika powder (پیریکا پاوڈر) • ½ tsp garam masala powder (گرم مسالہ پاوڈر) • ¼ tsp turmeric (ہلدی) • ½ tsp cumin powder (زیرہ پاوڈر) • ½ tsp dried coriander powder (خشک دھنیا پاوڈر) • ½ tsp black pepper powder (کالی مرچ پاوڈر) For kebabs: • ½ tsp salt (نمک) • ½ tsp red chili flakes (کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ) • ½ tsp black pepper powder (کالی مرچ پاوڈر) • ½ tsp garam masala powder (گرم مسالہ پاوڈر) • ¼ tsp turmeric (ہلدی) • 1 tbsp dried coriander powder (خشک دھنیا پاوڈر) • 1 tsp cumin powder (زیرہ پاوڈر) • ¼ tsp carom seeds (اجوائن) Recipe: - Preparing kebabs: 1. In a bowl add mince, all spices, chopped onions, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and coriander. 2. Properly mix it and set it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 3. Now wet your hands and make kebabs from the minced mixture. 4. Heat ½ cup of oil in a pan and then add kebabs. On medium flame, fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides. And set aside the fried kebabs. Preparing gravy: 1. Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan and add onions. Fry until soft. 2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry until soft. Now add tomato paste and all spices. 3. Mix it well and cook until the oil separates. Add yoghurt and cook for some time. 4. Now add fried kebabs. Mix it and cook for 3-4 minutes. 5. Add a cup of water and mix it. Then cover the pan and, on low flame, let it cook for 20 minutes. 6. Turn off the flame. Garnish dried fenugreek leaves and coriander. 7. Delicious Dum Kabab Curry is ready. Enjoy!
