Welcome back to another day in 365 Days of Matcha! 🍵 Today I tried out some Aorashi matcha powder I purchased from one of my favourite Sydney cafés, @dulcetcafegaleries! It's made by @marukyu.koyamaen_official; a brand that I've been meaning to purchase from for a while but never got the chance... until now! 😄🍵 Opening the tin, I was immediately hit with a pleasant and calming grassy green tea aroma - and was stunned by the freshness and vibrant green colour of the powder! 🤩💚🍵 When I tried their matcha, I immediately felt that using this powder helped my tea taste very smooth and consistent.
