I went through the warranty process with Skytech. I am ready to share my thoughts. DEFINATELY NEEDS MORE RAM. The Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti card was also a clear winner for me when compared to the RTX 2080 Super and the RTX 1660 S. Let me know what gaming PCs you are looking at in the comments.
