STEP 5 of 6 - At this stage the walls are prepared, ACM Panels are fabricated and the mounting system or J-Trim (J-Starter) is in place to start the installation of ACM panels. Panels must be installed from the bottom up. Typically you should install the panels from left to right as a standard but depending on the complexity of the project an experienced technician will decide which panel to install first. On this Video we share with you how to install ACM Panels on the mounting system and how to adjust and fasten the inter-locking clips and fasteners the correct way. In better words, the panels are prefabricated before transported to the job-site. This siding material is becoming very popular among Architectural Designers, Builders, Homeowners, Realtors and Skilled Trades in Toronto, Canada. This facade system is applicable in commercial, industrial and modern residential buildings. In the next video, we share with you how to install the actual panels on the J-trim starter and connect all the panels with the ACM clips and fastening system. NOTE: This model house mock-up is prepared for training the new installation crews and is a good example of a typical residential house in Toronto, CANADA. However, for commercial and industrial buildings with external insulation, we use a huge range of railing systems, depending on the thickness of the insulator, to attach the insulator material and complete the ventilated rain-screen system.
