He talked about how amazing they are and he is right! This TENS unit is really simple to use and does a great job. All you have to do is put the pads on, find a mode you like, then turn up the electrical pulses until it is comfortable and relieves your pain. A few things of note: The unit itself is easy to use. When you select a different mode, it resets the power to zero so you don't overdo it on a mode you are not expecting. The pads stick well to my skin but despite me being a pretty hairy dude, the pads never take make hair off and stay relatively clean. The unit is very powerful despite it not putting out a lot of electricity. I never turn it up all the way.
