In today’s video, I’ll show you how to do the stained glass vellum technique, which involves embossing vellum paper with powder and coloring on the back. When you flip the vellum over, it will look just like a stained glass image on a frosted window! This is a very versatile technique, but layered over another wet embossed panel like in this sample adds even more depth and takes the design to another level. Please enjoy!
