Apple roses: the recipe to make with puff pastry in just a few minutes!

These apple roses are the perfect pastry to serve at parties or if you just want to WOW your friends and family!   INGREDIENTS 1 sheet puff pastry 3 apples, sliced 40g (1/3 cup) apricot jam 1 lemon, juiced 250ml (1 cup) water Powdered sugar METHOD In a bowl combine juice of 1 lemon with water. Set aside.Halve and core apples, thinly slice them, and place in lemon water. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175C/350F. Roll a puff pastry sheet into a large rectangle and cut into 17 stripes, 3-4 cm wide. Spread a tablespoon of apricot jam on each pastry strip. Arrange 7-9 apple slices in a single layer, slightly overlapping one another over 1/3 of the width of the pastry sheet. Fold the remaining part of the pastry sheet over the layer of apples and roll up the sheet. Continue with the remaining strips and apples. Place apple roses into a muffin tin and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
