Florida Railroad Museum 9/15/24 - Return of the 8330

After being parked for almost 6 years due to engine trouble, EMD GP10 8330 at the Florida Railroad Museum has returned to revenue service! I hope you enjoy the sound of this unique locomotive's raised letter K5HA horn and EMD 16-567C prime mover as much as I did! For those unaware, in December 2018, 8330 experienced a mechanical failure so bad that the only way to repair it would've been to rebuild its prime mover. Since such a daunting task was far beyond the Florida Railroad Museum's resources, they simply swapped the original prime mover (A EMD 16-567C with 645 liners) with another 16-567C. However, around 250 horsepower and 2 exhaust stacks were lost during the engine swap.
