Ask for the sea view tables. There is a row that seats a family or a couple. Book immediately on arrival and ask for the available night or time slot. Uncle Lim's Kitchen seems to be THE Favourite for everyone. The name came from the Master Chef who start since the beginning of the resort. In the Resident Package you get the soup of the day (Corn Soup during my stay), choice of 3 dishes, steamed rice and a fine selection of Chinese tea. You get to choose dessert too. I had the Tropical Fruits Platter. Highly recommended are: 1. Crispy Roast Duck (miss it and regret it!) 2. Steamed Fish (I took the aromatic style with lemongrass - pretty decent) I had the asparagus which was just nice.
