Here’s a step-by-step guide: Search for Film Freeway - Start by visiting the Film Freeway website. Make sure you’re on the correct festival page. Export Submission Data - Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you’ll see an option labeled "Export All." Select "Export Submission" and then click on "Export Data." Make sure you choose the CSV file format for download. Go to Your Festival on eoFlix - Once you have the CSV file downloaded, go to your eoFlix account and navigate to your festival page. Select the Event and Import Filmmakers - Under the "Organization" tab, click on "Event," then choose the type of event you’re hosting. In the "Filmmakers" tab, select "Import Filmmakers" and upload the CSV file from Film Freeway. Send Notifications to Filmmakers - After the CSV file is uploaded, you’ll see a list of filmmakers.
