As I had to be in the Peak District early next morning I headed up to the Monsal Head area for a cheeky wild camp the night before. I had a place in mind to camp, but it was seriously overgrown with brambles and nettles - I seriously regretted wearing my shorts! It turned out to be a good camp with some epic views, and I topped it off with a lovely walk around Monsal Dale and the Headstone Viaduct next morning.
