Solo completion of Grandmaster Nightfall Lake of Shadows with Celestial Nighthawk on Solar Hunter - Solo GM - Solo Nightfall - Gilded Conqueror - Celestial Nighthawk - Wish-ender - Platinum Rank - Solar Hunter - Season of the Wish - Destiny 2 Lightfall. GMs are back, which is great! However, it's Lake of Shadows and that means we have a Meatball that have not been adjusted by a slightest after all the negative feedback. One can only wonder why. I honestly wanted to use Strand with the new Wish-keeper but then I reached the Meatball, lost the will to live and changed the build to Solar. Anyhow, for the first clear of this season to counteract the immense healthpool of the Meatball I am using Solar Hunter with Celestial Nighthawk for massive damage Golden Gun that also deletes Champions. As for the weapons, I decided to use the good old Wish-ender as it is a precision-focused weapon and works perfectly with Celestial Nighthawk Super regeneration exotic perk and speeds up the Meatball fight. As for the other weapons, I have a Solar Bow (Strident Whistle) to stun Unstoppable Champions, and a Solar LMG to quickly kill enemies up-close and benefit from Solar artifact perks. I used the boss cheese spot to make the run quicker for the first clear. I will revisit it later for a no-cheese run.
