XTOOL Settings: 1/4" MDF - 100% power, 3 speed, 2 passes - lower focus of laser 3mm 1/8" MDF - 100% power, 4 speed, 1 pass - lower focus 2mm Scoring Settings were a bit light for this one - 40% power, 20 speed. On a different project, I used 60% power, 20 speed, and that seemed to better mark the surface so I could find score marks after I painted.
