Because of the requirement to cut the frame, the typical method of raking a bike can create undesirable characteristics, such as loss of durability, stiffness at the weld, problems with brake alignment between steering head and stock main frame due to improper welding, and potential permanent damage of the stock frame. We have carefully considered all of these factors in the design of our kit, eliminating each of the potential issues. We spent years putting our EZ-ON Rake kit through rigorous and unforgiving tests, the result of which is a kit that provides both the ideal rake angle and proper clearance between the front fender and the lower triple tree, all while maintaining the same safety standards as your stock bike.
