30-minute Classic Strength Training to BUILD MUSCLE!

We are all about building muscle and getting strong in this classic-style full-body strength training workout! You only need dumbbells and 30 minutes to complete this training! During today's workout we will take a more traditional style approach to strength training by focusing on heavy weights and 3 sets per exercise! The exercises will be both compound and isolation exercises for the upper and lower body! 30-MIN CLASSIC FULL-BODY STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISES & STRUCTURE EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 205bs / 6.8kg to 11.3kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Weight is relative to you and each individual exercise! It should feel challenging for the entire work duration! If you don't have heavy weights to work with, use what you have to keep your tempo a bit quicker while maintaining proper form. EXERCISE MAT STRUCTURE: -9 EXERCISES REPEATED 3 TIMES -WORK FOR 40 SECONDS -REST FOR 25 SECONDS EXERCISES: -SINGLE-ARM BENT OVER ROW -SINGLE-ARM BENT OVER ROW (OTHER SIDE) -CHEST PRESS -GLUTE BRIDGE -SQUAT -SHOULDER PRESS -BICEP CURL -ROMANIAN DEADLIFT -ALTERNATING REVERSE LUNGE MODIFICATIONS - SUMO SQUAT I am so glad you joined me for this workout!
