Lord Of The Squirrels. Beautiful Alpine Mtb in Whistler

Lord of the squirrels whistler is one of the most beautiful mountain bike trails I have ever rode. Actually it's Into the Mystic and On The Rocks, the two CLIMBS upto L.O.T.S. (but don't tell anyone I said I enjoyed the climbs) the views are just epic. The whole two weeks we were in Whistler we were checking the trail conditions to to do this ride. We were so lucky that the day before we were due to leave, the trail was officially opened, quite late in the season due to the snow covering the trail. It’s a big, big day climbing to the top of Mt Sproatt, but the views of the alpine landscape are amazing. To think that if I didn’t ride mountain bikes I would never know that such beautiful and diverse places exist. Our bikes take us to some special places we would never usually go. If you’d heading to Whistler, don’t just visit the bike park. Pop over the road and check out this trail. You won’t be disappointed. So grab a beer or a brew because this is a long one. My favourite trail of all time. An absolute epic alpine adventure. I hope you enjoy.
