These Ballet turnboards can be found everywhere online, and more often than not they all come from the same place..... AliExpress/AliBaba! If you see it on amazon for more money, I guarantee this is where the turnboard was sourced from. You even get figure skating stores selling these turn boards with their branding on them for a LOT more money, but ultimately its the same $5 piece of plastic and foam that came from Alibaba. Ultimately when practising figure skating spins and figure skating turns on the floor, for $5 the ballet turn board doesn't do a bad job for the money.
