My first TAS video and Wii video on this channel! If this does well I will consider making more. You probably notice some pauses throughout the video (especially that last dice roll), and that is due to how Wii Party handles RNG. I won't go into too much detail here, but the only easy way to manipulate RNG events is by waiting. Even then, Wii Party only re-rolls new RNG values for dice roughly every 50 frames, and other events (such as minigame selection) roughly every 15 frames. It doesn't seem like I can manipulate the RNG through inputs. The only thing I can do is start the game on a different frame each time to hope I get better RNG throughout. ...but if you're interested in helping to decompile Wii Party's RNG mechanics, please reach out to me on my socials!
