Esther became seriously ill with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), to the extent that she was told she may need a transplant. She decided to do as much as possible within her power to improve her own health. Through the power of exercise, her health improved dramatically. Even being active for a minimum of 30 minutes per day will lead to improvements in overall health and energy levels.
