Here's a recipe for Shegalachi Pale Bhaji Recipe Ingredients: Shevagyachi pale bhaji 1 cup Onion: 1 (finely chopped) Green chilies: 2-3 (finely chopped) Freshly grated coconut: 1/2 cup Jaggery (gur): 1/2 inch piece to taste Coconut oil: 2 tablespoons Instructions: Wash the shevaga vegetables and chopped it finely Heat oil in a pan and add onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions become translucent. Once the onions are pink, add chopped shevaga leaves vegetables ,2 cups of water to the pan. Cook the vegetable until they are tender and cooked through. Once the vegetable are cooked, add the grated coconut, jaggery, and salt to taste. Mix everything well and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve the bhaji hot with rice. Tips: You can add spices like hing, turmeric, and red chili powder to the dish according to your preference. You can substitute jaggery with sugar if you don't have it on hand. Garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves for an extra touch of flavor.
