This may not be the traditional thick and chunky lentil and sausage soup you're used to, but it's good to know how to prepare a Low FODMAP version of a high fodmap food so that you can maintain as much variety in the diet as possible. I'm also going to show you how to make gluten free soup croutons, which is the perfect use for the ends of your gluten free loaf f bread. I hope you guys like it!
