Hello Autumn Cosy days at home, atumnal Baking Caramel Pear Cake, Cooking Fall lunch baking fall recipes, baking at home Recipe - Caramel Pear Cake (diameter of my baking mold is 25 cm) Dough - 240 g flour, 75 g sugar, 140 g butter, 1 egg yolk, few drops of lemon juice (if the dough is too dry, add more lemon drops or add a bit more butter - but rather slowly with those drops! :-D) 5 - 6 pears walnuts dark sugar piece of butter heavy cream Prepare the dough, place it into the mold (use butter and flour for the mold firstly) and press the dough into the mold. Make few holes with fork. Place baking paper with some legume on top to be sure the dough will stay flat and without bubbles. Bake it on 150-160 C few minutes (it can be 7-10 minutes) - remember - the dough must stay little bit raw because we will bake it once again! When the dough is slightly baked, remove baking paper with legumes and place pears cut on thin slices on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (just a bit) and place it into the oven again until the dough golden and pears become soft. Prepare caramel - put piece of butter on the pan, brown sugar and be sure to have low heat! slowly let the sugar caramelized, add chopped walnuts, then heavy cream and slowly let all the flavors combine... be careful because caramel can be really hot! Place caramelized walnuts among the pears and that´s it! Enjoy :-) Recipe - roasted pork with cabbage and gnocchi Pork, onion, garlic, cabbage, carrots, prosciutto or bacon, some seasoning - salt, paprika, cumin, black pepper Cut the pork on small pieces, use seasoning, rub it into the meat, add onion and garlic and prosciutto or bacon on top. Add some water. Let it roast for abour 1,5 hour at least on 200 - 220 C. When meat is softer, add cabbage and carrots and let it roast for about another 45 minutes until the cabbage and carrot is soft. Once it´s done, add gnocchi and bake it again for about 10 minutes.
