These are some of my favourite exercises to achieve defined abs and obliques. Grab your ball and come join me, if you don't have a mini pilates ball that's ok, you can use a squishy sports ball. This workout with a small ball adds variety to your home Pilates routine. Working out with a small ball will work on core stability and we can add new Pilates exercises to your home workout. I recommend working on your core at least 3/4 times every week to see an improvement in your core strength.
