I want to share this video so i could help people with the same problem. I only hear it at idle, and as you can hear in the video you can feel when you put your hand on the valve while the car is running you will feel that "ticking" in sync with the noise. After disconnecting the wirings of the evap purge, "ticking sound" was gone but putting it back obviously ticking noise gets back. Everyone said its normal, the valve only opens at idle and it always clicks on and off, since it's a solenoid the click is loud. I also went to the dealer since I’m so worried about the sound and they said it is normal. Hope that solves your problem :p
