http://JMTUSA.com | The JMT 3 ADM 1200 CNC Drill Line has three spindles and is able to independently drill a profile from three sides, engraving and tool changing at the same time. It is able to drill holes from .4" to 1.5" in diameter in angle iron, H, I, and U profiles. The CNC control automatically resets to zero and moves the spindles to the next drilling positions. Each spindle (one vertical and two horizontal) has its own Automatic Tool Changing Unit with four tools and has a 15 hp spindle motor. Scribe marking (engraving) can be performed on all three sides. The machine has linear guides with central lubrication and features a tool cooling system. It has a beam capacity of 3.15" W x 3.15" H min. to 47.24" W x 19.68" H max. The drill line includes a 39' infeed table with CNC carriage and a 39' exit table with motorized rolls. This servo motor powered drill line is ideal for use in steel construction, bridge construction, shipyards and various other heavy manufacturing projects.
