The Ultimate Solo Road Trip [ Camping in the Kosciuszko National Park ]

I have been on many solo road trips, but this one was the ultimate solo road trip camping in the Kosciuszko National Park. My solo road trip heads out of the tiny East Gippsland town of Buchan, and continues along the Barry Way towards Jindabyne in New South Wales. Travelling along the Barry Way, the road is tight in spots with stunning views looking down over the Snowy River. The old school house at Suggan Buggan has been on my list of historical sites to see for many years, and it was amazing to see the school house that was built way back in 1865. After having lunch on the Suggan Buggan River, i pressed on with my solo road trip for my camp spot in the Kosciuszko National Park. I camped my first night in a camping ground called Pinch River camp ground. This is a really nice spot to camp, and right on the banks of the Pinch River. Setting up camp and getting the camp fire going, ready to cook up my dinner. A simple dinner of sangs in wraps was on the menu. The next morning after cooking a toasted sandwich in my jaffle iron, i packed up camp and continued along the Barry Way into Jindabyne. My camp spot for tonight is still in the Kosciuszko National Park at a spot called Island Bend. I set up camp at high elevation under the snow gums and relaxed for the night around the camp fire.
