This pack allows you to heat up your meals in the bush without a stove or a flame and is comprised of an outer foil cooking pouch and two inner plastic heat pads with sachets of reactants, and is suitable for heating up two single or one double Back Country Meal pouches. In this video, our gear expert Ben gives you a demonstration of exactly how this pouch works. He begins by adding cold water to two Back Country Cuisine meals, then opens up the food heater pack to show you what you get inside, tears open the top off the heater pouches and then pops the meals between the heat pouches, adds the water in to activate the heat and then folds it down securing it with the included clip.
