Celebrate the unveiling of the new limited edition Absolut Warhol bottle with a drink created as a tribute to Andy Warhol himself! In this video, Rico’s gonna show you how to mix Warhol’s Milk Punch – an original recipe inspired by some of Andy’s favorite foods. This drink requires some preparation. But like Warhol once said “The idea of waiting for something makes it more exciting”. Over a 2-day process, we’re gonna make use of techniques like Milk Clarification and Fat Washing to magically mix chocolate, bananas, cornflakes and Absolut Vodka into a crystal clear cocktail that’ll blow the mind of anyone you serve it to. While some of those words may sound a bit intimidating, it's actually easier to make than you’d think. Thankfully, Rico’s here to show you how it’s done. Let's get into it! Cocoa Butter Fat Washed Vodka recipe: Melt 350 g Cocoa Butter in a hot pan Add the Cocoa Butter to 700 ml Absolut Warhol (or Absolut Vodka) and let sit in the fridge overnight. Strain out the solids and set the Cocoa Butter Fat Washed Vodka aside Cereal Milk recipe: Add 50 g Cornflakes to 500 ml Whole Milk and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Strain out the soggy Cornflakes and set you cereal milk aside for later use. 500 ml Whole Milk 50 g Cornflakes Warhol's Milk Punch: In a bowl or large mixing vessel, combine the following: 400 ml Cocoa Butter Washed Absolut Vodka 200 ml Banana Liqueur 200 ml Sugar Syrup 200 ml Lemon Juice Finally, add 300 ml Cereal Milk, stir and let sit in the fridge overnight. Once rested, filter out the milk solids using a coffee filter, a sieve lined with kitchen roll or a jam strainer ( also lined with kitchen roll). Once filtered, the drink will keep in your fridge for up to six months. Serve Warhol's Milk Punch in a Rocks Glass with a large ice cube and garnish with a banana chip and grated chocolate.
