4lbs of Gilbaka fish Washed with lime and salt Blended seasoning 5 cloves of garlic 1 hot pepper 2 broad leaf thyme 3 stems of fine thyme 2 green onions Dried ingredients 1 1/2 tbsp green/cumin 2 tsp mixed masala 2 tsp turmeric powder 3 tbsp curry powder Mix dried ingredients with blended seasoning to a paste In a pan with 1 tbsp oil Add the curry paste and cook until nice and brown or until all ingredients are cooked well Add 2 chopped onions Add Gilbaka and mix well Let it cook for a little before adding 5 small tomatoes Add 1/2 cups of freshly squeezed coconut milk Add 5 pieces of mangoes Add 12-14 pieces of Syjan/maringa Add 2 cups of hot water Add 10-12 Ochro Add 1 tsp salt and cook to desired Enjoy with family and friends Music: Wanna Music by: @iksonmusic
