This video depicts an out and back day trip from Long Pond to Clamshell Pond. I did adventure with my daughter in July 2023. The video depicts the Long to Slang Pond portage , the Turtle to Clamshell Pond portage and the several hour paddle with did on Clamshell Pond. Clamshell Pond is a beautiful little pond with lots of beaver activity. The pond is especially clear and you can see the bottom of the pond and many glacial erratics scattered oddly throughout the bottom of the pond.
