The amount of joy that editing this video brought me is hard to put into words. I will forever look back on this trip as a sacred, personal and extremely special part of my own coming of age journey. As I edited this video I realised how divided experiences and memories can be. The memories that I reminisce back on vs. the raw footages of moments of “NOW”. As I discover more of the world and decide what lens to see the world in, the more nostalgic and sentimental I become. I know I'm really just being dramatic but the way it fills my heart is something I’m always trying to put into words.
