In June 1903 (36th year of the Meiji period), the village was incorporated into the "Dalipu District" and belonged to Douliu Hall. In October 1909 (forty-two years of Meiji), the twenty halls were merged into the twelve halls, and the Dalinpu District was reorganized to the Tainan hall. In 1920 (9th year of the Taisho era), the local system of Taiwan was greatly revised. The abolition of the Twelve Halls was reorganized into the Wuzhou No. 2 Hall. On July 1, 1979, Kaohsiung City merged with Xiaogang Township and reorganized it into a municipality directly under the Central Government. Xiaogang Township was reorganized into Xiaogang District, and the village was reorganized into lining.
