Construction of the Php 1.6 billion bridge is already in full swing with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the Unified Project Management Office-Roads Management Cluster 1 (UPMO-RMC 1) busy constructing the key road link. When completed, the BGC-Ortigas Center Link Road will have four lanes and will connect with the Lawton Avenue-Global City Viaduct. This will serve as an alternate route for motorists and will help decongest traffic along EDSA, C5, as well as other major thoroughfares.
