The Merryweather Heist (Freighter) - Mission Details: Trevor, Michael and Franklin all meet at Floyd's apartment. Trevor tells the pair of his plan. Franklin will be on the bridge as the lookout, Michael will board the freighter to plant the charges and Trevor will pilot the mini-sub to collect their loot. Trevor and Franklin get into Trevor's truck and drive to the vantage point. Trevor drops Franklin off on Miriam Turner Overpass and Franklin gets into position. Once in position, time-lapses to nightfall. Michael arrives on the scene in a boat. he dives into the water and makes his way onto the freighter. Franklin deals with any guards that patrolling before Michael navigates his way around the freighter. Michael then plants four sticky bombs at various places on the freighter. As he's planting the fourth one, the alarm is triggered, sending a swarm of Merryweather guards. Franklin deals with the guards and an attack chopper while Michael plants the final bomb. Michael jumps off the freighter, into the sea and Franklin detonates the bombs. Play switches to Michael, who searches the wreckage for the device they are after. Once found, Trevor, who is driving the mini-sub to the freighter, comes to pick the device up. The three regroup with Floyd at Pier 400, who picks the mini-sub up with a crane and brings it to shore. Lester arrives on the scene, warning the group that what they've stolen is actually a super weapon. He persuades Trevor to have the weapon put back otherwise the group will be on every list going. Trevor reluctantly agrees with Lester and Floyd taking the weapon away on a truck.
