Semi Abstract Watercolor Landscape Painting Technique | Using Aquapasto

For these really fun semi abstract landscapes I added about an equal amount of the watercolor medium aquapasto to my watercolor paints. This gives the paint more body and I was then able to use a squeegee to move the paint across the paper. I used a combination of different blues along with brown madder. Use similar colours or try something different. The result is a layered semi abstract painting that looks great and is alot of fun to do. I love to experiment with watercolors and to share my results as demonstrations and tutorials.
