Only 69 calories per kebab if you fry them in a tiny bit of oil or butter Like I say the only problem I have with these is firstly I would like more in a pack because of how delicious they are - and secondly they are very soft and squishy so could be kept together a bit better with a skin round them or something Here is a list of the ingredients so please check for allergies: Water, Mushroom, Pea Flour, Seitan, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Flour, Calcium, Carbonate, Iron, Dried Onion, Salt, Risotto Rice, Spring Onion, Sweet Potato, Carrot, Courgette, Ginger Puree, Palm Oil, Sriracha Sauce, Pea Fibre, Red Chilli, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Spirit Vinegar, salt, Garlic Puree, Tomato Puree, Cellulose, yeast Extract, Ammonia Caramel, Paprika Extract, Chilli Puree, Maize Flour, Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Dextrose, Metabisulphite. Seitan, if you haven't heard of it is often used as a meat substitute because of it's similar texture and makes an amazing vegan KFC. You must try it! Here is the recipe for this dinner - All Items are from Aldi. You will need: Sweet Potatoes Butter of you choice Spinach Onion & Garlic Dip All Purpose Seasoning Potato Gratin Firstly wash the mushrooms and the Spinach then plate up the spinach. Then wash and prep the sweet potatoes and put them in the microwave for 6 minutes. Make sure you cover the bowl with another plate so keep heat in Then fry the mushrooms - if you use a big enough pan you can fry the mushrooms and the kebabs at the same time. Turn the sweet potatoes over and do them for another 2 minutes - you can also do them for 4 mins and then turn them over for another 4 if you prefer Take the sweet potatoes out but don't cut them yet. Turn the veggie kebabs at least 3 times so they cook on all sides. Pop in the potato gratin for 2-3 minutes. Plate up the kebabs & mushrooms Cut the sweet potatoes and pop on some butter and seasoning if you wish Put the potato gratin in the now empty frying pan to brown up the cheese Pop some onion and garlic dip on the side of the plate and enjoy.
