Presenting sindhi aloo tuk, aloo tuk, Potato tuk recipe, Alu Tuk, aloo tuk recipe, how to make aloo tuk, aloo tuk sindhi, aloo tuk recipe sindhi,सिंधी आलू टुक,fried aloo recipe, fried potatoes, aloo fry, aloo ki sabji, sindhi aloo recipe, sindhi recipes, aloo chaat, sindhi aloo tuk recipe, how to cook crispy potato fry, #AlooTuk, #sindhialootuk, #Potatotukrecipe, #AluTuk, #ruchiverma Ingredients:- Potato 4 big size Oil to fry Salt to taste Coriander Powder 1 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Amchoor Powder 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1/4 tsp Green Coriander/mint powder 1/2 tsp 1. Take potatoes, peel them and rinse them , wipe them dry. TIP : If the potatoes are big go for cutting them into vertical wedges else make horizontal rounds . 2. Cut the potatoes in a but thick wedges. 3. Rub some salt on the wedges and let them rest for 10 minutes, 4. After 10 minutes , deep fry them in hot oil. 5. After a minute , stir them, so that they do not get stuck. 6. Cover the lid and let that cook for 3-4 minutes. 7. Golden spots will be visible on the wedges. 8. Open the lid and check if the potatoes are cooked. TIP : Check the potatoes by inserting knife into them, if the knife goes easily , it means they are nicely cooked. 9. Remove them from oil. Let them get cooled. 10. Mix Salt, Coriander Powder, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Amchoor Powder, Black Pepper, Green Coriander/mint powder and mix well. the spice mix powder is ready. 11. Slightly flatten them with a the back of plate or spoon. Tip : Make sure that you do not use a ladle with holes, try not to break the potatoes. 12. Again deep fry them in hot oil till they are crisp and golden brown. TIP: You can serve the fried aloo tuk to small children now only. 13. Remove them on tissue so that the extra oil gets absorbed. 14. Coat the potato pieces with the spice mix powder. 15. Take a pan and put little oil in it , place the coated pieces and just fry them for a minute ono very low flame just to have the turmeric get little cooked. 16. Serve the aloo tuk. It goes as a good a side dish with dal-rice or curd rice . 17. Serve aloo tuk with mint chutney or tomato sauce, onion and lemon.
