This is a very easy and simple yet delicious recipe. It can be a good way to finish off the leftover chapattis. You can use fresh chapatis too to make this wrap. It turns out nice, and cheesy. This wrap not only looks tempting but also tastes just awesome. As we are using lot many veggies, it is a healthy recipe too!! I am sure kids will love it. Ingredients: • 1 chopped Capsicum • 1 chopped Carrot • Paneer cubes • 2 chopped Tomatoes • 1 tsp Olive oil • Corn • Pizza seasoning • Chili flakes • Grated Garlic • Black Pepper powder • Salt to taste • 1 tbsp Oil • Ginger-Garlic paste • 1 tsp Red chili powder • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder • 1 tsp Coriander powder • 1 tsp Kitchen king masala • Sugar to taste • Salt to taste • 1 tsp Butter • Finely chopped Coriander leaves • Chapatis • Mayonnaise • Tomato sauce • Sliced Onion • Cheese • Butter Method: • Blend tomatoes into puree in mixer. • Heat up olive oil in a pan and add carrot and corn. • You can use any other refined oil in place of olive oil. • Fry it well together for about 2-3 minutes and add capsicum. • Fry it well for another 2-3 minutes. • Add pizza seasoning, chili flakes, garlic, black pepper powder and salt and fry it well for about 2-3 minutes. • Take the veggies out into a dish. • In the same pan heat up oil and add tomato puree. • Fry it well for about 5-6 minutes and add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, sugar and salt. • You can use jaggery in place of sugar. • Mix everything well together. • If the puree seems to be dry, add a little water and butter and fry it together for just about 2 minutes. • Add paneer and mix well. • Fry well for just about 2-3 minutes. • Add coriander leaves and mix well. Paneer masala is ready. • Make a slit to the chapati from center to edge. • Spread mayonnaise and tomato sauce on 1st quarter of the chapati. • You can use any chutney in place of mayonnaise and chili sauce in place of tomato sauce. • On next quarter spread paneer masala and fried veggies on the next 3rd quarter. • Spread onion and cheese on the last quarter. • Lift 1st quarter and fold it on 2nd quarter. • Flip both quarters together on the 3rd quarter and then finally flip all 3 quarters over the 4 the quarter. • You can have this wrap as it is now. • Heat up pan on medium heat and spread butter on it. • Place the wrap on it and roast it well until it gets nice golden color from lower side. • When lower side is roasted well, spread butter on upper side and flip the wrap over. • Roast the wrap well from both sides and take it off on a wire rack. Veg wrap is ready. • Serve it with sauce and mayonnaise.
