Tony Hoops, Vice President for Athletics at Northwestern College, joins NAIA.ticker’s Kristen Eargle to dive into the early success the Raiders have had in year one of Hoops’s tenure. Hoops talks three initiatives he’s implemented in year one: the Student-Athlete Leadership Team (SALT), and Northwestern's first Raiders Giving Day. Here at Northwestern, you implemented Raiders Giving Day, increased fundraising by 45% in year one, helped raise over $5M for renovations to the Bultman Center and more.
