This week I decided to challenge myself and wake up at 5am every morning for the entire week in the hoped of boosting my productivity and time throughout the day. I got into a routine the gym and workouts, studied, showed you a few healthy recipes and chatted about how I was feeling along the way 🤗. Granola Recipe: 1.5 cups oats 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup 1 Tbsp cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla extract a handful of: almonds, cashews, walnuts, dates, coconut flakes, brazil nuts (basically whatever I have in the cupboard)
