How To Care for Rose & Clematis // Slow Garden Tour of Roses & Hydrangeas before ➡️🪲🥺😢- June 2021

Hi everyone, My name is Tracy and I garden in Zone 4/5 (maybe zone 5/6 judging by our last winter) in Toronto, Canada. You are watching a video of How I Care for Roses & Clematis in my garden + a slow tour of my roses (and hydrangeas) in bloom filmed on June 20 & 22. 🌸🤩🌸. After this 1st flush, I will have to wait until August to see them bloom again. The 2nd flush of roses in July will be devoured by the Japanese beetles.🥺😢 I'm feeling very sad right now just thinking about the destruction by the Japanese beetles. The next time I see the roses in bloom again - may be near the end of August. However, the flush in August will only sparse and not nearly as prolific as now....so I will have to look back at this video in order to see them again.💐🪴💚 Hope you enjoy it and I cannot wait to update you on the hydrangeas (next in bloom) in the coming weeks. Thank you so kindly for taking some of your precious time to watch my video. Happy gardening & see you next time! 🪴💚 Time stamps: Fertilizers for roses + clematis @ 00:31 Pests & fungal disease @ 04:27 Pruning roses @ 07:54 Slow tour (last look) at the David Austin roses + some Hydrangeas (1st to bloom) @ 12:33 Link to full tour of Roses in my garden is below ⬇️ My Relaxing Garden Tour // David Austin Roses, Clematis + More with Plant Names - Mid June 2021    • Tracy’s Relaxing Garden Tour // David...   Ps. You may recognize that @ 16:15, one Eglantyne rose bud had some aphids on the stem. I missed it during the last soap insecticide spray as it was hidden underneath the canopy of the Limelight tree. I noticed it while editing the video last night…so I immediately went out and sprayed the darn thing down and now it’s all good! Thankful for getting to it before those aphids spread to all the other plants. 🙏🙏🙏 Please subscribe to my channel for more free videos: https://www.youtube.com/c/tracyshomeg...
