the kuying tetons are still the only rods i've found on aliexpress that actually hold up to real life fishing.. everything else i've tried from their breaks very quickly... now i haven't tried them all a lot are built around the same blanks.. the rods i've tried and that broke are tomo ... bought this one at the same time i got the 632ul teton ace hawk cu double last year kuying conquerors i bought this last winter..l the tomo and ace hawk were very light action rods and the ace hawk i broke just test flexing the rod as soon as i got it.. the tomo made it for a while test casting but never actually made it to the water... the conqueror rods that broke made it on several trips fishing ... now for the good .... the tetons have been around a while.. the 632ul i've had for 3 seasons now going on 4 and really used it heavily last season.. the 661L also got put through the paces last season as it became the rod i just tried everything with since it had the metanium with the ktf spool and was just fun to throw things with that combo.. from a 1/16oz. crappie jig to over a 1oz. whopper plopper i tossed it all with the teton 661L... now i wouldn't recommend anyone to throw anything over the ratings of a rod just to be safe but i was and am testing these rods out... i also didn't sling the plopper as hard as i could either but i sent it out quite a ways... so as i try to find rods to replace the ones i broke i ran across a deal on a tatula rod and reel so stay tuned it's looking like a return to daiwa
